Data Benchmarking – Restricted Reports

Update:

Adoption Benchmarking Report 2015-16 Q2 is now available in both excel and PDF format. These include improved comparsion of the data at the request of the regional Adoption Leadership Board. The data collection for Q2 2015-16 is now closed and publication will be by the end of November. There are still three outstanding protocols from Buckinghamshire, Reading and Surrey. Thanks to others for returning theirs.

Action Required:

Please provide feedback on the new comparison data. The next meeting is Wednesday 16th December, Crawley Library

2016-17 SESLIP Subscriptions

Update:

At the SE ADCS Meeting on 13th November, there as an initial dicussion about the content, budget and subscription levels for SESLIP in 2016-17. The SESLIP Steering Group meets next on 11th January 2016, and it will make recommendations to the next SE ADCS Meeting on 15th January 2016. There are new pressures on the budget arising from (amongst other things): the success of the Leadership Development, and the spending of the inherited legacy funds (75K over two years); calls on the benchmarking group to establish more indicators; the success of the Early Help and SEND groups; demand to further develop the Children’s Social Care Workforce initiatives. As a reminder, the current subscription is 12,500 per county and 6,250 per unitary.
