The SESLIP Kinship Network brings together strategic and operational leads of Kinship practice from across the 19 SESLIP authorities and was established in 2023.

The purpose of the group is to build relationships and share and improve practice across the South East local authorities.  The group meets each quarter and has standing items relating to:

  • one LA sharing practice;
  • issues for escalation to the SESLIP DCSs.

Dr Mac Heath (DCS Milton Keynes) is the Chair, Lucy Peake, Chief Executive of Kinship is the Vice-chair
