Resources to help you update your SESLIP project pages to reflect 2026-2027 activity

1. SESLIP RIP 2026-2027 page header (see above). This should be the default header in the absence of a suitable visual.

2. How to archive previous year/ all previous years’ activity.

You have 3 options:

Incorporate/synthesise previous years’ activity into current pages and include historic documents in the Document Store (or similar)
Create a new page for 2026-2027 activity which includes a link to a slightly modified Archive page (A)
Or alternatively create a new page for 2026-2027 activity which includes to a an Archive page (B) that simply includes the documents you generated last year.
The two copiable templates below can be used for either (a) or (B) and offer the option to link specifically to last year’s activity & the other to previous project activity

Please copy this block onto your new 2026-2027 page to direct users to the previous years’ activity. Please ensure the previous year’s activity is clearly labelled as such. We have provided two examples (A) the full record https://www.seslip.co.uk/project-seslip-2025-2026-archive-page-full/ and (B) to host documents and other media only: https://www.seslip.co.uk/sample-archive-page-1-simple-documents/
