The SESLIP Early Help group brings together early help leads from across the 19 SESLIP authorities.
The purpose of the group is to build relationships and share and improve practice across the South East local authorities. The group meets each quarter and has standing items relating to:
- A themed discussion;
- quarterly data benchmarking;
- issues for escalation to the SESLIP DCSs.
Grainne Siggins (DCS Bracknell Forest) is the Project Sponsor and Chair.
